If you are interested in the property, you will need to complete a rental application for each adult over 18 years old along with the $35 application fee. We must be in receipt of these items to begin processing your application(s). Once we perform our full investigation, which includes employment verification(s), landlord verification(s), criminal background check and review of credit, we will notify you of our findings. Your approval is good on any properties that are managed by Delaware Premier Property Management, but your file is subject to owner approval.
After being approved by Delware Premier Property Management and the owner of the specific property we will determine move in date, total cost for move in and mail you all necessary documents to complete the process. Upon lease signing, you will need to pay security deposit equal to one month’s rent and the prorated month’s rent.

- When is the property available for move in? This information is listed on our available property list and on our website. If you can't seem to find it, give our office a call.
- How much money do I need to move in? The first month’s rent (can be prorated) and the security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
- Does the property accept pets? Many of our properties will accept pets on a case by case basis. We ask for a pet deposit of one month’s rent.
- Do they accept Section 8? A few of our properties are available for section 8, please call our office for details..
- How can I make an appointment to view the property? Once you have driven past the property and have decided that it is something you are interested in, please CALL our office to set up an appointment..
- When are appointments available? Our regular appointment hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm. If you need special accommodations for evening or weekend appointments, please call 302-355-1880 and we will set you up with a showing agent.
