Delaware Premier Property Management
Keller Williams Realty
Current Tenants
Please read and understand your Lease Agreement that you have signed with our office.  This document helps tenants understand any rules and regulations they must abide by while leasing with DPPM.  We also want to ensure that our office always has a working contact number, the most recent vehicle information and current employment information on the tenants.  If any of your information has changed, let our office know immedately.  You can complete a tenant information update form and either fax or mail it to our office to ensure the changes are in our system.

Rent Payment Procedure:

All rent is due on the FIRST of the month. DPPM gives you a 5 day grace period. On the sixth of the month, you are charged a late fee as defined in your lease agreement. All monies received will first go to pay any and all late charges and the remainder will be applied towards rent.

You MUST PAY YOUR RENT WITH CERTIFIED FUNDS according to your lease agreement. Certified funds includes money order or a certified check. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.   Ensure that your money order or certified check is made payable to Delaware Premier Property Management or DPPM so that it can be deposited into the appropriate account.

All rent payments must be mailed to DPPM, 56 W Main St, Ste 101, Christiana, DE 19702. Please address the envelope to DPPM in order for it to reach our office and be processed in a timely manner. We provide a locked drop box labeled Keller Williams at the front of our building for your convenience in delivering rent. Please ensure that all rent dropped in the box is in an envelope marked with DPPM in order for it to reach our office and be processed in a timely manner.
