Delaware Premier Property Management has a full service maintenance department to meet all our our clients needs.  Review the maintenance procedures below to determine how to proceed with a repair issue.

Current Tenants

ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PUT IN WRITING AND DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO MAINTENANCE REPORTING.
If you have an emergency issue such as fire, flood, heat in winter or structural issues, please call 302-355-1810 and leave a detailed message with the following information:

Your name
Property address
Contact phone number
A short description of the issue

Any non-emergency issues will not be addressed unless put in writing.

PLEASE READ AND KNOW YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT. You may be charged a maintenance fee for service calls according to your lease.

Please remember that although you are renting, this is your home to take care of. Regular maintenance such as changing your heater filter monthly, changing any light bulbs or smoke detector batteries, cleaning, maintaining lawn including grass, weeds and landscaping is your responsibility as the tenant.

New Customers or Current Owners

Our office will give you a call back to discuss your needs and determine the best way to proceed.  We typically perform an estimate and once approved we will get the job scheduled.  We require 50% deposit to start work and the remaining balance due upon completion.   No job is too big or too small, so give our office a call to let us help handle your maintenance needs.
